General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 29be platform and all its services. By accessing the 29be website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

29be offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is credited to the account, the bonus will expire.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds may not be usable in certain games, or fewer wagering points may be earned — please refer to the detailed terms of each offer.
• 29be reserves the right to cancel a bonus if promotional offer abuse is suspected.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

29be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Appropriate notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

29be believes in fair play. All our games are based on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely unbiased and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any unusual win or loss occurs due to a technical error or software bug, 29be reserves the right to declare that game or bet void. In such cases, your staked amount will be refunded.
